Before placing an order please read this page carefully.

By purchasing an item through www.hilaryjeantapper.com you are agreeing to the following policies, terms and conditions:

Shipping: Items are shipped from Christchurch, New Zealand. Depending on which country the item is being shipped to, delivery can take up to 6 weeks (but generally takes 6-10 working days). If you would like Express Shipping please contact me at hello[at]hilaryjeantapper[dot]com, and I will let you know the cost.

Christmas Shipping: All orders for Christmas will be shipped according to the New Zealand Postal Service’s recommended closing dates for “guaranteed” delivery before Christmas Day. Nevertheless, late arrivals remain possible. While I cannot take responsibility for late arrivals, I will do my best to finish and post items before the postal cut-off date.

If an order is unable to be delivered to the provided address, the client must pay the costs of resending the order.

Ready to ship items will be shipped within 1-3 working days.

Depending on your country of residence, additional import taxes or fees may apply. I cannot be held responsible for any such costs which are separate from your purchase.

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. I do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges.

While I cannot be held responsible for lost packages, please contact me to work something out. I note, however, that no order has been lost to date.

If you would like to cancel a Custom Doll order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Providing you are within time, I will refund your purchase.

Doll Care

Hilary Jean Dolls are not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

Dolls are not machine or hand washable. They can be spot cleaned with a soft cloth.

Dolls are not intended for heavy use. Gentle play (at most) and display are recommended.
